How fast can you get my trucking authority active?
Typically 7–14 business days, depending on FMCSA processing and insurance activation. We submit all filings immediately to avoid delays.
Do I need an LLC before applying for DOT or MC authority?
Yes — an LLC (Limited Liability Company) or Corporation is required first. If you don’t have one yet, we can set it up for you first, then move forward with your authority.

Can you help me add new trucks or drivers to an existing authority?
Absolutely — we assist with IRP plate registration, DQ file creation, drug & alcohol enrollment, and full onboarding compliance.
What happens if my authority gets revoked or deactivated?
