LE Services LLC was founded in 2021 as a specialized trucking consulting company built to support entrepreneurs, carriers, and owner-operators navigating one of the most heavily regulated industries in the United States.

From day one, our mission has been clear —

to simplify the business side of trucking so our clients can focus on running and growing their operations with confidence.

Where We Started

LE Services was founded by Liliia Ruda, driven by a strong belief that trucking entrepreneurs deserve clear, trusted support — not confusion and uncertainty. In the very early phase of the company, she faced major operational commitments before full stability was certain.

Instead of retreating, she chose to lead forward — doubling down with discipline, vision, and an unwavering commitment to serve and deliver real results for others.

That pivotal moment laid the foundation for the culture we have today —

discipline, resilience, precision, and responsibility above everything else.

How We Evolved (2021 – Present)

  • 2021 — Business Formation & Core Accounting Services
  • LE Services began as a back-office powerhouse offering payroll, P&L, and financial reporting support for fleet owners.

  • 2022 — Full FMCSA & Compliance Expansion

    After deep legal and regulatory training, we expanded into DOT, MC authority setup, driver files, and safety compliance consulting.

  • 2023 — Client Growth & Real Fleet Integration

    Serving more carriers led to supporting our own associated trucking operation, Hobo Trucking, enabling real-world insight into daily fleet operations.

  • 2024 — Introduction of Rapid “On-Demand Services”

    We launched fast-action services like MVR checks, EIN registration, insurance/factoring assistance, and DataQ filings — built for urgent client needs.

  • Present — Recognized Partner for Carriers & First-Time Entrepreneurs
